1 Duncan Moon, son of Duncan Moon, blacksmith in Moulin parish, and Christian Fraser from Blair Atholl parish, who married 22/24 November 1807. Duncan Moon's death certificate gives his mother as Christina Stewart, not Fraser, which is incorrect.
2 On 18th February 1859 Duncan Moon, blacksmith at Aldclune, aged 30 years, married Christian Low, domestic servant at Bridge of Earn, Dunbarney, aged 22 years. Witnessed by George Fraser and Elizabeth Stewart. Christian's parents are given as James Low, carrier, and Elizabeth Robertson, and was probably born 10th May 1835 at Abernethy, Fife.
3 Christian Low died in Moulin parish 1876 and Duncan Moon married Charlotte Sim in Forfar, 14th December 1880. Charlotte Sim was born 15th April 1855, Kinnaird, Moulin. She was the daughter of James Sim, agricultural labourer and Helen McDougall who married in Pitlochry 1851 (parents' third child - one son, one daughter, previously).
4 Duncan Moon died at St Magdalen's Perth on 26th September 1900. He was a widower and the death certificate was signed by his son John.
5 Isabella was born 4th August 1874 at Poloskie, Straloch, Moulin. She was the daughter of Duncan Moon, inn-keeper, and Christina Low. Her brother John was born 2nd March 1870, Moulin parish.
